Returns

We expect you’ll love your purchases. On the off chance you don’t, we’re pleased to offer a refund, store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, returns must be received by Venroy within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original condition with all tags intact, unwashed, and unworn.
We will only cover the postage cost on returns if your order is faulty. We do not cover the cost of return postage due to dissatisfaction or a change of heart.
