Processing & Dispatch
Our dispatch team operates Monday to Friday during business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed before 10:00 am (AEST) will be dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day.
Shipping & Delivery
All US orders are shipped from our Sydney warehouse via DHL Express.
- Free shipping on orders over $300 USD
- $15 USD flat rate for orders under $300 USD
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days (excluding processing time)
- Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, with no additional charges on delivery
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your DHL tracking number.
