Processing & Dispatch
Our dispatch team operates Monday to Friday during business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed before 10:00 am (AEST) will be dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day.
During promotional periods and holidays, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for processing.
Shipping & Delivery
All US orders are shipped from our Sydney warehouse via DHL Express.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your DHL tracking number.
