Returns

We expect you’ll love your purchases. On the off chance you don’t, we’re pleased to offer a refund, store credit or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, returns must be received by Venroy within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition with all tags intact, unwashed, and unworn.
  • We will only cover the postage cost on returns if your order is faulty. We do not cover the cost of return postage due to dissatisfaction or a change of heart.
