- To be eligible for a return, returns must be received by Venroy within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition with all tags intact, unwashed, and unworn.
- We will only cover the postage cost on returns if your order is faulty. We do not cover the cost of return postage due to dissatisfaction or a change of heart.
- Please note, some items are excluded from return, including EDP (Eau de Parfum) and final sale items.
