Returns

To be eligible for a return, returns must be received by Venroy within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags intact, unwashed, and unworn.

Online Returns

We expect you’ll love your purchases. On the off chance you don’t, we’re pleased to offer a refund or exchange.

  • We will only cover the cost of postage on returns if your order is faulty. We do not cover the cost of postage on returns due to dissatisfaction or a change of heart.

Return Instructions

We offer flat-rate returns at $10.00. A prepaid return label will be provided, and the fee will be deducted from your refund during processing.

To initiate your return, please submit your request via our returns portal.

In-store Returns

International Returns

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on returns of full-priced items submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Please submit your exchange via our returns portal.

Instant Exchanges

We recommend instant exchanges for in-demand styles to avoid disappointment. As we cannot reserve stock for standard exchanges, choosing an instant exchange ensures you receive your new item sooner.

Follow these steps in the returns portal and select "instant exchange." You'll be prompted to enter your card information, and an exchange order will be created immediately. A temporary hold for the cost of the new product will be placed on your card. The total fee will be charged to your card if the return is not completed within the 14-day return window.

Paradiso

  • Returns or exchanges of fragrance purchased from Venroy will not be accepted unless such products are deemed to be defective or faulty.

Important Exceptions

Swimwear: Please wear undergarments when trying on swimwear and do not remove the sanitary protective film. Returns of swimwear will not be accepted if this film has been removed or the garment has been soiled or worn.

Eyewear: We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on Oliver Peoples eyewear.

Footwear: Returns of footwear will not be accepted if the product has scuff marks or the original shoe box is damaged. Please try on all footwear on a soft carpeted surface before wear.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-redeemable for cash and are not eligible for return.
