Is my credit card information secure?

For security reasons we will never store your credit card information. We process all orders via Shopify Payments, whose secure server and encryption technology goes above and beyond security industry standards.

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

Please contact our customer care team immediately. We will do our best to amend your address before dispatch. However, once your order is dispatched, we cannot make any changes.

Can I amend my order once it is placed?

If you notice something needs to be corrected with your order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to change or amend the order, however, we are unable to make any changes once your order has been dispatched.

I’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, what do I do?

Faulty items - please contact our customer care team with your order number and an image of the garment received. Once we receive your request, we will ensure you receive your original order.

How do I know what size I am?

How will I know you received my order and when will payment be deducted?

Once you’ve selected your preferred payment option and confirmed checkout you’ll be charged immediately. You’ll also receive an order confirmation email.

I forgot my password. How do I access my account ?

Don’t worry, it happens to the best of us. Click the ‘Forgot my password’ link below the login form, follow the prompts, and you'll be back in no time.

Do you have any stockists?

No. Venroy clothing is available exclusively online through www.venroy.com and in our physical stores in Soho and Montauk, United States. We also have stores in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Australia and Capri, Italy.

Will I be charged taxes and duties?

Taxes and duties will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Will you or do you run Black Friday sales or campaigns?

Venroy is built on an ever-lasting wardrobe. Our product is purposeful and our designs are made to last. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and see it as our responsibility to create items that are re-worn and enjoyed well after seasonal trends are buried. As an intentional lifestyle brand, it does not align with our values to participate in Black Friday sales periods. We believe that sales and discounting are key drivers of mindless consumption and we prefer not to entice customers into purchasing unnecessary goods. We encourage you to explore our range of products created with purpose and intention, either online or in-store.

Can I purchase gift cards online?

Yes, we offer digital gift cards that can be purchased via our website. Digital gift cards can be personalised during checkout. You can include a personalised message, select an image, and schedule the delivery for a specific time. For a physical gift card, please visit one of our stores.

Can I be notified if an item is restocked?

If an item is out of stock, you can register your interest by selecting the desired colour and size on the product page. If the product is unavailable, you'll find an option to sign up for notifications below.

Can I return a gift?

We accept returns of items purchased as gifts by our Return Policy. Submit your return via ourreturns portalby entering the order number and email associated with the order. If you do not have the required information, please follow the prompts on the portal and our customer care team will be in touch. If you have any questions, contact us atinfo.us@venroy.com.au.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and details.

My order was returned to sender, what do I do?

Please contact our customer care team atinfo.us@venroy.com.auand we will organise redelivery at our earliest convenience.

In-store Shopping

Do you have any stockists?

No. Venroy clothing is available exclusively online through our website and in our physical stores located in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Australia and Capri, Italy.

Can I place an item on hold in-store?

Certainly, to reserve stock in-store please reach out to your neareststoreor contact our customer service team atinfo.us@venroy.com.au. Please note, that stock reservation is subject to product availability.

Can I use my gift card in-store?

To use in-store please ensure you have your email confirmation containing your unique code. If you have any issues, feel free to contact our customer care or store team.

Do you offer Click & Collect?

Yes, if your order is eligible for Click & Collect, the option will be displayed at the first stage of checkout. For more information, please refer to our Shipping page for details.

Can I return my online purchase in-store?

Yes, we are happy to advise we allow online purchases to be returned in-store as per our Returns Policy. Returns must be received by Venroy within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags intact, unwashed, and unworn.

Can I exchange my online purchase in-store?

Can my order be shipped from the store?

Are gift cards refundable?

Gift cards are non-redeemable for cash.

How can I use my gift card?

To redeem your Venroy gift card in-store provide your unique code to our team, this can be found in your email and is only applicable to valid gift cards.

Please note: Gift cards can only be used in the currency that was loaded onto the original gift card. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

Garments

When will you restock an item that’s sold out?

We produce all of our garments in limited runs. Generally, this means once a product is sold out it will not be replaced. However, we do replenish a core selection of styles each season. Please feel free to get in touch about any product atinfo.us@venroy.com.au.

How do I wash these clothes?

Special fabrics require special care. Generally, we recommend gentle machine washing in cold water and hanging to air dry; machine drying will likely cause items to shrink. Please refer to ourproduct carepage and the precise care instructions attached to each garment.

Paradiso

I've unsealed my fragrance, but now I'm having second thoughts - can I initiate a return?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of any fragrance purchased from Venroy. If we receive unsealed items, it will be returned to you. You will be notified by our team once your item has been returned to you.

I’ve received my order and my fragrance is damaged - what do I do?

Your purchase should always reach you in perfect condition. In the odd chance your fragrance is damaged on arrival, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery.

What is the best way to return my fragrance?

We will not accept any returns of fragrance at Venroy. Please refer to our terms and conditions and returns policy.

I received Paradiso as a gift, it's unopened. Can I return it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of any fragrance purchased from Venroy. If we receive unsealed items, it will be returned to you. You will be notified by our team once your item has been returned to you.
