Lightweight, breathable, and exceptionally strong, linen is a Venroy core fabric. Made from the stalk of the flax plant, it’s a sustainable, biodegradable fibre that requires minimal water and chemicals to produce. Fast-drying and naturally insulating, linen also softens and improves with age.
To preserve its quality, wash in cold or cool water (max 30°C) using a mild, natural detergent. Avoid fabric softener, and washing with heavy garments like jeans or jackets to prevent damage.
Lay flat on a towel to dry in the shade—avoid hangers while wet. Once dry, store in a cool, dry place, either hung or folded. Linen creases naturally; for best results, spritz with water before ironing as dampening linen relaxes its fibres, making it easier to remove creases.
Do not tumble dry. High heat can shrink and weaken fibres. Always follow your garment’s care label for specific instructions.
