Processing Times
Our dispatch team operates between business hours Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed before 10:00 am are dispatched on the same business day, orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day. During peak holiday periods and promotional events, please allow an additional 2-3 days processing time on your order.
Shipping & Delivery
  • All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Brooklyn, New York.
  • We’re unable to deliver to PO boxes, please provide a valid street address
  • Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. EST (Monday to Friday) are dispatched on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the following business day.
  • During peak periods, please allow 2-3 business days for order dispatch. Your order is our top priority and will be en route at the earliest possible opportunity.
  • All purchase receipts are sent to your email once your order has been processed and paid for. A shipment confirmation email will also be sent once shipped, this will contain a tracking number which can be used to track the journey of your purchase.
  • Please contact us immediately if you have not received your order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails within 72 hours of purchase, should you purchase over public holidays or weekends your confirmation will be sent on the next business day
Ground Shipping
  • Free ground shipping on all US orders.
  • Approximately 2-5 business days in transit not including 24-48 business hrs processing time.
  • Any duties and taxes are itemised at the checkout – no additional costs.
Same Day Shipping
  • Same-day delivery is available for selected postcodes in New York. If available to your postcode, the option will display at checkout.
  • $20 flat rate same-day shipping.
  • Order by 12:00 p.m. EST, and receive delivery by 10:00 pm EST same-day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST, or on weekends and holidays, will be delivered the following business day.
Second Day Air
  • $15 flat rate to 48 Contiguous States. (2 business days in transit not including 24-48 business hrs processing time)
  • Any duties and taxes are itemised at the checkout – no additional costs.
Next Day Air
  • Please enter your address at checkout for rates.
  • (1 business day in transit not including 24-48 business hrs processing time).
Click & Collect
  • If your order is eligible for Click & Collect, the option will be displayed at the first stage of checkout.
  • Orders placed before 4:00 pm can be picked up on the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 pm can be picked up the following day. You’ll be contacted via email when your order is ready for pickup. You can collect your order at your preferred Venroy store.
  • For Click & Collect orders, our store staff will be in touch once your order is ready for collection.
  • We will hold your Click & Collect order for 14 days from the date it is ready for collection. Unfortunately, we cannot extend this timeframe. Please ensure you collect your order on time or contact Customer Care at info.us@venroy.com.au or call +612 9331 1123 to see if we can assist.
