In-Store Best Practices

It has always been our responsibility to offer a clean and calm environment within our stores. In light of recent events, we would like to reassure you with these additional practices currently in place at all Venroy premises:.

• We have briefed our store staff to practice thorough and consistent personal hygiene and regularly disinfect our stores.
• We have provided hand sanitiser stations in all stores,which we encourage staff and customers to use.
• Our staff source non-handled products for final sale where applicable.
• We have advised store staff to practice social distancing in stores, and approach each customer individually based on their preference of service.

Online Orders

To support those spending this time at home, we have recruited more members to our E-commerce and Customer Care teams, who are at the ready should you need questions answered or stock checked remotely. Our off-site logistics centre is also following strict precautions to ensure best-practice hygiene policies are adhered to.

We thank you for your patience and understanding as we endeavour to provide you with service and goods as best we can under these current circumstances. For now, we will continue to focus on our customers and staff’s well-being.
